Google announced this week on its official Blog it would be making changes to some of the security features linked to its major search engine on Google.com. Google says it will affect less than 10 percent of the searches conducted on its website, and it will begin using an encrypted search for users which are signed in with a username and password.
“As search becomes an increasingly customized experience, we recognize the growing importance of protecting the personalized search results we deliver,” Google announced on their Blog. “As a result, we’re enhancing our default search experience for signed-in users.”
